My name is Mark Taylor, I’m a journalist and author, available for hire. I recently wrote a book called Cannabis Law and Regulation, published by Bloomsbury Professional, that maps out the changing landscape of cannabis legality around the world.

It features lawyers, government figures, health officials and regulators, and other experts from more than 50 territories, and provides a snapshot of current legal frameworks and a view of what is on the horizon.

Until I sell the movie rights and retire to live by the sea you can still hire me for any kind of written project.

I’m based in London and Rome, and produce regular news coverage, white papers, reports and conduct research and analysis for a range of international clients.

I specialise in coverage of compliance in highly regulated sectors including financial services, gambling, and of course, cannabis.

Outside of writing and editing, I help brands launch new publications both online and in print, and occasionally coach start-ups on media strategy.
